Friend told me they can get 20 an hour . by getting the sands mission and standing in the sand which chain spawns goblins which auto attack. add in advanced loot and a mage - enjoy!

Tho its not listed, i got bored in broodlands also after 1 in 1 hour, so i move to > The Ascent, and have picked up 2 in 25 mins.... another zone to go to, without a lot of trouble to get to.
Btw..... that was foraging.

You must have been very lucky. I brought my druid and monk to the ascent to forage. Druid has 200 skill points and 2 points into nature's bounty. Monk only has 50 skill. I spent over an hour foraging. Not a single air-infused spring water. I thought maybe i was in a bad location so i went to the other end of the zone all the way up on the mountain. No luck after another hour foraging.
If you plan to farm this item via killing, don't bother. The drop rate is rare.
Just want to stop by and say I killed everything....and I mean EVERYTHING....in the broodlands and got 1 water.

Does your foraging skill have to be at a certain level to be able to forage this item?
Any level of forage skill can forage up anything in the forage table for that zone. A higher skill only means that you have a greater chances of finding something (as opposed to finding nothing). Similarly, the forage AA doesn't increase your chances of finding a special item, but rather gives you an additional chance at finding something.
Higher skill and the foraging AA will indirectly give you a better chance at getting the spring water, but that's only because they give you more attempts at getting one.

I believe if you go to the druids grove, and dig up links to analysis on foraging, you will find posts that claim there are 2 foraging tables in most zones; the lower table is junk like roots, veggies, and pods of water, the upper table is the good stuff. The higher your foraging ability, the higher chance you have of getting the good stuff. I experienced this when I got the aa to boost my druids foraging from 200 to 250; I consistently began to forage more of the rarer items.
Ngreth confirmed this quite a while back when the foraging aa was given to everyone. There are indeed two loot tables. Those who don't have forage as a skill and only as an aa will not see the second loot table, iirc. Even if they do, their chance of reaching it is extremely small.

Air-Infused Spring Water sells for 0 plat 0 gold 1 silver 0 copper when offered to Sateal Deirosap by level 2 human monk with 143 cha... Current bazaar prices range from 100 to 140 plat on Bertox server... foraged in Accursed Nest Instance...
anyone know where the forage rate is highest for this?

For as many recipies this stuff is used, it is very rare. It's used in pottery, brweing, tailoring, smithing and baking that I know of, I'm sure its used in other trade skills. when i'm in DoN zones I forage using a macro so I am always foraging and I rarely get more than 2 after 2 hours. I really wish SOE would make it not as rare as it is now.
