They should make this guise a continued quest, with it being upgradeable to the Nights Dark Terror. Would be good, they could change the name of it to Guise of Terror 8D just an idea

This mask takes a little bit of work to get, but it is fun to play with it, especially if your a fellow illusion collector.
The clicky on it is Illusion Scarecrow, not Night's Dark Terror. So it is great for the illusion, but you will not get the life strike proc, 45atk, or 120dex that NDT has.

I am not quite sure... But, isn't a "Guise" usable by any class from the invintory? Correct me if i'm wrong.

Nope, that was only the case with the Guise of the Deciever, which is now the Mask of Deception.
Guise of the Coercer & Guise of the Hunter are both masks that are BRD/ROG only and have never been useable by anyone else, such is the case with this one above as well :)
