i found the pipe by the kedge keep entrance at loc -860.26,-1164.07
This is where i found mine today.

I just found it on top of the piller at -1013, 1007 just out side of the entrence to KK

found same place -866, -1160
On roof found. Also I found before 'a rod' near of it. As I looted rod a few later I found the pipe on the roof. The pipe wasnt surely there before. Strange.
I found it on top of a pillar at the entrance to Kedge Keep.

Found old pipe today, May 20, 2005 11:30 p.m. EST. Povar server.
It does not look like a bagdoes not look like a bag, it looks like a pipe... go figure.
Anyway, I found it in Dagnor's Cauldron near the entrance of KK at location: -866, -1160, -400 on the lake floor.
Seems that this piece spawns at different places. I would recommend checking all locs listed in other posts and you should find it. Good Luck!
Other posted locs are on top of pillars at entrance of KK, on roof of KK entrance, also -864, -914 on lake floor.
