I realize that they are lore and no drop, but i would camp each my other chars near the DL - FM zone. They dropped off a goblin prospector in Frontier Mountains.

Don't forget to put in a couple hundred hours more killing the various dieties to get the associated flags -- you need the flags to earn this earring, and if you turn in the Rusty signet without the flags, Aid Grimel will happily eat it without giving you anything back.
