If these are a common drop still I am the tooth fair. Spent hours in DS killing everything and never saw a single stone. Not sure if this is common anymore.

Not Common in DS anymore, unless common means one drop every 1000 kills

Got one off Noc Havocblade in DS near BF.
Got one off a trash mob, laborer I believe in HS.
I got mine from a Murkglider in Dranik's Scar.
