Do the still drop the darkscale sheild?

I must of killed hundreds of these things at various times in the past couple of months and not one shield droped. Anyone know what the drop rate is?? My little cleric and ranger can sure use one lol.

Also drops Murkglider meat, sells for 14p to a vendor (140 cha) not used in TS's.
