Dropped from "a dragorn battlemaster", more specifically, the PH for "Dragorn Turrentkeeper" in Wall of Slaughter near the druid port in.

This has dropped for me on Ridgerunner Drunt tonight in Nobles Causeway

Still dunno what they for, but sold 2 of them in bazaar for 300p each.

found 3 on a merchant. bought them up for 3 silver or something ridiculously cheap.. I am hoping they turn out to be of some use or a very good resale item.

Looted this item tonight in Causeway was Droppable. Only sold for 1cp to vendor. Hope it's for some undiscovered Quest.
This was no drop until the last patch on 9-25-04 or so.
