what is the combat effects +4?
increases proc rates of weapons. base proc rate is 100, and equates to 2 proc's per minute, over time. various weapons have different bases, the summoned cleric hammers are a good example. they're something like 650 as a base, if I remember right. They proc about 13 times/minute. Less dramatic differences are the Bloodfrenzy and Darkblade of the Warlord, warrior weapons. The have base proc rates of 130 or 160 or something, I really don't remember.
So that's what Combat Effects +s do, add to that base and make weapons 'go off' more. It's an AMAZING modifier for warrior gear, because of how it boosts their agro generation over time. It's also quite a RARE mod, do a search :P

If you want to know the proc rate mod of your weapon then go to Lucy, search for your weapon, click on your weapon that shows up in the search and in the right corner of the screen above the pic is a link that says "Raw". Click that and scroll down till you see procratemod. 0 = base and greater than 0 = base + #
Dont forget dex plays a part in weapon procs

I was under the impression that the proc rate for a given weapon was the value for "pr" in the raw data.
I compared the Copper Hammer of Striking (pr = 0) to the Dart of Immobility (pr = 7) as I have both and notice that the Dart procs *much* more frequently than the hammer.
Anyone know what the "pr" value is, then, and if it plays into the proc rate at all?

I am sure "proc" "rate" is pr also
no, pr on lucy Raw means poison resist, procratemod on the raw section is the proc rate, look around and u will see the mr, dr, fr, cr, pr all match up with the amount of resisits on the items.
