Perhaps we can give this to Korucust himself in Chardok-B, Halls of Betrayal to show the Prince is plotting against his rising power?
guess we need to find out who the princes father is and give it to him
It's his father who drops it. I identified it and got no luck. just the name. Going to try to find out who Korucust is.

Whats this for?
This is in the Kunark expansion. Back in those days of the game, a lot of stuff was simply there for background and lore. Not everything had to have a value or a quest associated with it, it was just there to provide some info on the game and how things came to be. This was back when Everquest was a true ROLE PLAYING game, not just another hack and slash to grind to max level and get the best gear. That all came about when Sony Online Entertainment bought out Verant. So when you hear people in general chat complaining that they miss the ol' times, this is part of it. They miss a game that had true meaning and a great storyline.

Prince Selrach is really Prince Charles spelled backwards with the C misplaced by one spot. hehehe
