Earring of Frost Reflection

I see in here they list that you can buy some of these resistance earrings at vendors. The *ONLY* one I have ever seen at a vendor regularly was the earring of fire reflection, which is available at the gypsies in Lavastorm.

Since I'm a wizard, I went on a search for these other earrings (Frost, Magic, Poisen, Disease) and have never seen them as a regular item for sale. (although I did happen across an Earring of Magic Reflection that someone had sold to a vendor)

If anyone has actually seen these things and know what vendor to purchase them from let us know.
