This effect is (Worn) so you can't just have it in your pack to use it. Though its still a very nice item just with no photo I wanted to let everyone know.
Dec 15th we took Fennin Ro down, almost a trivial mob now we kill him whenever we can. We have killed him 14 times now and the pants FINALLY dropped on the last drop. Whelp legs being my weakest slot they needed upgrading for sometime (Tae Ew chain legs) /blush. Well I posted in the loot channel along with about 20 others and awaited the result /sigh they were awarded to Skyhawk one of our guilds longest serving shamans, send gratz etc.......Sky the announces a deferment on the loot saying I needed them more!! Now whoever thinks high guilds are full of self centered lootwhores...think again! Much /kudos to my brother Skyhawk huge respect!

things drop pretty often in potime=)

Yet to see any elemental chain leg patterns drop after 3 months in elemental planes, SOE seem to be nerfing certain zones as they go to re-address a few balancing issues regarding drops ~ over the last couple of weeks plate patterns drops seem to have increased greatly and chain, leather and silk reduced. I'd be intrested to hear from anyone wearing the elemental chain leggings where and from what mob they dropped from, I'm guessing from PoEb boss mob, and Air and Water boss mobs, my guild has only killed Fennin Ro so far so fingers crossed those leggings will drop soon and give me a chance to get them $
edit: since found out that only the elemental gods have these on the loot table, so far killed Fennin Ro three times and Xegony once, and not seen them yet, I'd expect them to be ultra rare
