What should a dual wielder have at 41? (I coming back from a loooong EQ sabbatical, so I don't know how high the weapons have inflated).

Probably like a wurmy and a venomous axe of the velium brood, or many even a lammy and a venom axe.

Thanks for responding, but I'm still a bit confused.
I'm guessing you mean the following:
Wurmslayer: 25/40
Venemous Axe of the Velium Brood: 11/24
Lamentation: 9/19
It seems to me that the 11/21 is better than the axe and the lammy. Is it the "damage bonus"? I'm not sure how that works. Thanks again.

Ohhhhhh i didn't know that you could afford this weapon. Yes, this is a great weapon for a level 41 dual weilder. You could use this in a combo with a Frostbringer, lammy or maybe a defiance. This considering you have the cash for Frostbringer or Defiance. Also, damage bonus is level based. So, let's say i would be looking at this weapon from a level 15 character. I probably would not see the damage bonus. BUT, if I was maybe level 50+, I would be able to see the damage bonus, such as the person who posted the screenshot for this item. These are only examples, I dont know what level you have to be to have certain damage bonuses for certain weapons. I hope that clears things up a bit.
