Unless you're level 46+ with 250 Brewing and Geerlok's Corker thigamajig (I would not attempt such a time-consuming combine with anything under 250) you might as well just dish out the pp to buy this drink for the Beginner's Manual turn in. You may be lucky enough to get a guildie with 250 brewing to hop around with you in PoN getting drops for just this drink but I am lazy so I just paid the 3.5K in bazaar for it.

First time I saw it in bazaar in three days as well. Shows many people don't want to waste their time to make this just to sell it, despite the profitability.

Oh as for pricing data - 3,500pp on Vaezelle, 07/02/04.

To answer my own question of almost 6 months ago, this isn't NODROP, and you get 3 Planar Blood Brew back from a successful combine. I had to kill over a dozen Slarghilugs before I got 1 Blood, then that sat in my bank until I got the mephit blood from a Guild mini-raid of the PoN Tunnels.
