He's a 3 or possibly 4 group event in PoN. He's a high 60's with a single target unressistable fear, use a paladin's Fearless ability to tank him.
He's a triggered spawn. By going into the gargoyle city and talking to his brother you trigger a port into an area with him untargettable in the middle. Waves of servants spawn 3 at a time(1 per grave) to the left, front, right of him. They are unmezzable and will walk to the middle with him and mount horses and become untargetable if not stopped.
After a while the graves will start spawning 2 servants each. Until you have killed 36 or so, or let them reach the center. Then he and his guards become targetable. Hp's on him are similar to Construct of Nightmare's at an estimate.

With the new increaase in cap for wis/int these items become more in demand I had stopped looking for wis increase at 255 and was trying to get AC to 1100 with Shaman. Now with 275 wis at lvl 61 many of these items will become attractive again at least til 335 wis is reached at 65 which, if my addition is correct is the new cap.
Your addition isn't correct. At each lvl from 61-65, everyone gets an automatic stat-cap increase of 5 points per lvl. Making cap at 61 automatically 260. Then you can train in the 4th tier AA to give yourself another 5 point increase per lvl, so that could mean possible 10 per lvl, bringing you to max of 265 at lvl 61, and 305 at 65. But wait, there's more...the 5th tier AA will allow you to add another 10 points to max of wis/int per lvl trained, and you can do it 5 times, on at each lvl, bringing max at lvl 61 to 275, and max at lvl 65 to a whopping 355.

Hehe I could be mistaken but isn't Earring of Solstice FT1 as well? I thought Flowing Thought effects dont stack with the same level. For example FT1 and FT2 will stack but FT1 and FT1 will not. I could very well be mistaken tho.
Masteraen Mistrunner 55 Outrider of Tunare's service High Guardians of Lanys
That is incorrect. All FT stacks up to 15. ie FT1 + FT1 = FT2. You get an extra mana per tick for each FT. you can also get an extra mana per tick for each level of Mental Clarity that you buy with AA points.
As for the 15FT cap being removed I am not sure on that but I can say that two FT items of the same number do stack. I was little scared that the so called "upgrade" of the 8th shawl was going to make it less valueable as the FT2 it gave with the focus effect was being changed a FT3 and would not stack with my slime boots. But after everything was equiped it still gave the FT3 + FT3 + FT1(earring) = FT7.
120 mana from 12 wis? Unfortunately, this is not true.. especially if you are already over 200 wis (which most that could get this earring are) .. no at 180 wis, this earring would give you 97 wis.. at lvl 60. You get 6 pts of mana per pre-200 wis point at level 60. All that aside however, the 12 wis on this would just make room for some much better mana items on other slots. You getting lotsa wis and lotsa mana here, can't beat that.
Level 60, under 200 wis you get roughly 10 mana per point. At 60, 201-255 you get roughly 6 mana per point. From 201-255 has at least 2 scales for mana per wis, but the average over the range is roughly 6.
