Well there’s some special experience (Nov 7th 2023) bonus going on …..I got 2 EACH off names in great divide - killed 3 named mobs .. 6 total (COV) In 1 hour of work ….FYI.. I don’t have the best gear and I just got to 116, so first time tackling anything named In the ToV expansion ….I Didn’t even know what they (CVO) were for…. I assume they (DB) increase drop rates during specific events ?
Got one tonight off of Life Leech in Crystal Caverns.

Did they ninja the drop rates of this off of named? Before May 10th or so I'd get one off of every 5-6 named. Now I haven't seen one off of 35 Servant of the Scale and 5 Returned Dracoliche in EW and 10 A Forgotten Raid Leader in GD. Seems rather odd.
That is with all of EQ Gears starting from when they first came out with it back when.
All the gear you are drawling over and want has always dropped in zones where once you are at the level to finally fight in that zone; any gear that drops is to low for you to use.

Ridiculously hard to get the ore. Way easier for raid geared players again ...go to T2 zones kill nameds ...and you know what???? they dont need the ore.
Otherwise we can kill in T1 for 2 days and get one or 2. but only if lucky.
