I believe I might have a solution to some of your problems since I too had the problem. Make sure Dolario's Assembly kit is not in one of your bank slots when combining. You must take the kit out and place it in your inventory. Also make sure some of the large items are large and not giant and vice versa.

Anyone having problems combining items in the container? I have tried combining about four different types of armor and it always tells me that I cannot combine items of this type in this container. And yes I have verified the correct items. I also tried destroying the container and getting a new asembly kit, but I still have the same problem. The GM had me send a bug report on it, will see if it gets fixed.

Yeah, im having the same problem, I've only tried with making the helm though but it gave me the same message, You cannot combine items of this type in this container. You did send in a bug report though?

I walked through it with another GM Lirus, found out that when combining items, none of them can be stacked. There can be only 1 item in each slot. How was I supposed to know, I am not a blacksmith, just a newbie. Everything worked after that.

I will agree. this is some great armor. My lvl 11 warrior is working on it now. My only fuss is that the spawns are so few and the drops are even less. I think they need ti fix this one small problem. I mean, look at how many people are after one component.

I TOATLY AGREE!!!! it is kind of nice, though, that you can get the ore pretty quick killing gobbies, but they weigh 15 each :-( I only need on more thorn drakeling scale (for the gauntlets) and I am done with them, already made both bracers. But I love this stuff, I already have 401hp at lvl 12, and like 131 sta, or something. I still need to make this one(breastplate) the gauntlets(gloves) and leggings. are those called greaves?
I like these new, low level quests... they tend to yield some pretty nice items in the lower end of the game. Makes questing for things at those kind of levels more appealing - alot more than the old 'bring me 6 bone chips and combine them in this box for... generic_leather_boot_098' type quests anyway.

Great newbie quest-and-reward items ... and it allows people who like to play on more than one server to get some good "stuffz" earlier on. :)

For a lowbie quest, this item is rather sweet. Makes playing a non-twinked character a little easier. +6 STA at level 10 (on avg, I'm guessing) is not something to laugh at.
