The worst part about these boots is you can't even cast them on your pet.
Confirmed to be self target only and clickable at level 1.

Looted this week on Agnarr server, the clickie effect is now self only.

Also isnt it impossible to pick a mob lvl 50 or higher?

cant pickpocket items labeled as magic
OK, well the level cap on pickable mobs is 60( your level minus 5, at 65 60). And.... you cannot pick anything that is magic.
and nothing that's no drop either

you can pick no drop, and lore, you have to for quite a few rogue quests.

I think you can pick anything labled 'No Drop' and 'Lore' but not No Rent, and Magic

Sounds like they'd be great for casters, of which, none I know have 255 sta. Although, I'm certain non large race tanks could also make good use of them

Also the 75 AC BP Lord Inquisitor Seru drops also has been nerfed and has a permanent 4 HP Regen and stacks with ALL regen spels but NOT other regen procs be weapons or other pieces of armor. Here it is from yhe Magelo data base.
Hate to be a jerk, but usually nerfed means downgraded, not upgraded.

30sta and 75hps = 255hps for a level 60 warrior.
I'd say these boots are pretty damn nice, perhaps the very best in the game. After a certain threshold, additional AC is worthless.
If you are in the guild that can kill Seru, you certainly won't be wearing these boots because you cannot get something "better". The only reason I could see not to wear these boots would be that you already have 255 sta and you have a higher raw HP item on your feet. /shrug

Only one problem with this.. the only 2 pairs of boots with more raw hp's are Non-warrior wearable. They are Sirran's boots of insanity, and white dragonscale.

Just think about it.. this isnt as great as his other drops? I am a sk.. sure I can prob get alot better.. but check this.. not every class in game is after the same goal.. not every class gets 50ac boots (dont ask just an example prob dont exist) Monks.. rangers.. um.. those other weak class's.. beastlord.. I think they might find a use for this item.. just cuz it doesnt fit warriors standards for uber gear doesnt mean it's not ultimately uber.. hell.. if I thought for a moment I'd ever have a chance at this guy.. I might make a monk.. (they getting some ultra uber ac items: flayed barbarian skin leggings.. these boots.. some 60ac bp think it was gm event though)
