How common is this drop off Arch Duke Latol (and in a related vein, how often is the duke up)?
We need a modern item window pic of this club.
Does is still just look like "a boring old wooden club" as was reported years ago? (assumed yes).

Ok, here's the story on this delightful club.
Until level 40 (39 it would appear for shamans), this thing is a no stat, nice dmg/dly ratio club. At 40, this thing becomes an aggro stick in the hands of monks.
Decent weapon, as with high DEX, it will proc like crazy, thereby making up for some of what it lacks in stat mods.
My personal experience: Well worth the 300p I paid for mine. This coming from a monk's perspective, having this in your offhand with a Fireclaw in your primary hand is a nice combo. With 125+ DEX you're looking at probably 3 procs per minute, on each weapon. Only problem with this combination is that you need VERY lightweight armor to avoid losing too much AC from the weight of these weapons.
Downside: Looks like a splintering club. Heavy.
Upside: All-around solid weapon.

Made level 40 and it procced after the thrid swing. Proc is nice (75dd and stun) for DPS and stuns on casters. Used 2 Yaks from 40 to 55. Looked like n00b weapons so was even better IMO as peeps don't come up and click on ya constantly trying to see what you are using. With the introduction of LDoN - slap a dexterity aug on these badboys and do ya thang.

Picked up mine for 600 pp, think prices are going down. Was very surprised to get one cheaper than SSoYs normally are, since this is a better weapon! I guess people don't use 1HB, or don't want weapons that look like splintering clubs... :) And Ok it does not proc at 28. :)

Can confirm proc at 40 - had mine since 37 and after I hit 40 today it started to proc. Before the message of insufficinet will to command the weapon.
