Spawns +2260 by -5660 on the goblin island directly west of Sister's Isle. Spawn is under a tent in the middle portion of the island.

I soloed this without difficulty as a shaman 30.

The chieftan spawns in a tent at neg800, neg8500, after you kill the wizard placeholder. I got the pipe on the 3rd chief (all conned blue), after only 2 wizards.

I pulled with envenomed breath and the other goblins around did not attack. The wiz and chief are so slow that I got off a second spell before they got to me. The picture here shows the chief as a caster - he didn't cast on me.

These location numbers and this info is COMPLETELY WRONG as of 4/12/19. The numbers are +2260, -5660 on the island directly west of Sister's Isle( where the translocator from East Freeport dumps you while the boats are broken (prob forever)). Two tents there, center of the island. Four statics and one roamer. The chief spawns under one of the tents. At 33, I was able to pull a tent and got 3 first, then singled the other 2 since one walks OOR. Snare if you can, they run.

BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR PET. Invis up to where the camp is.

I am making imbued Field Plate armor and I thought I could help whoever was looking forr mugs of seafoam. I've been trying to get sea temper for a while and I need a shaman to do it. But in Freeport on Veeshan (which is an auction zone). NFP to be precise in the Hall of Truth a merchant in one of the buildings was selling seafoam. 10pp a piece (95 charisma I had though) So I hope that helps someone. Any shamans on Veeshan would help :).

I camped the Isle Goblin Chieftan today looking for the Driftwood Pipe. First two spawns were the wizard. After that the Chief spawned four times in a row and dropped the pipe on the fourth kill. Didn't take any longer than 30 minutes.

I've been camping the chieftain for a total of about 3 hours. I think I've killed about 8 of them. The only interesting thing he dropped was a Mug of Sea Foam on two occasions. I haven't been able to find any information on this item. Oh well, maybe I don't need that totemic armor so bad...

The mug is for Seafarer Armor, human only smithed armor. As for camping him 3 hrs...consider yourself lucky...i've been at it for over 7 w/ nada.

Chieftan spawns at other end of island from headhunter. Headhunter drops something for wizzie and/or necro quest. He is a 6 minute spawn with wizzie as a placeholder. I camped him at 34 and killed him 6 times before pipe dropped. Wizzie only spawned once so not too bad for a supposedly rare drop. I found it best to pull him back to the beach to keep the remaining gobs from aggroing. Only 2 of the chief's conned blue to me at 34. However all those greenies can pack a punch if ya try to melee them all. Good luck.

Isle Goblin Chieftain is found on the island across from Sister's Isle...approx loc is neg 1000 by neg 8800. The Chieftain and Isle Goblin Headhunters both conned blue to my lvl 30 Shaman. The Chieftain spawns in a tent, and Isle Goblin Wizard is placeholder (Wiz conned green). Killed 2 wizzies, then the Chieftain spawned, killed him for pipe. **Note** Use Harmony on any Headhunters in the area so you can take just the wiz or chief. Easy solo then. Good luck ;-)
