Hes on third floor. The best way I found is to go straight ahead into the large room in the middle and in the back is an exit up a staircase. Then look around for another staircase going UP. The zone isn't big so you'll find him in a side room at the coordinates provided here.
He's in a room with two other "a seekers" and on the left as you face the "throne." Nothing adds when you fight the plasmatic priest.

If you kill the female version, you will take a -250 faction hit which will most likely make you KOS in the temple.

Any spawn could produce a male seeker (which is why people have reported killing the female 'a seeker' PH and getting him as a respawn). Watched a group kill the triggered mob today at 9AM game time on Mischief server. Checked again at 1PM game time and he was up and I was able to do the hand in.
Blood Soaked Plasmatic Priest Robe is not no drop on Mischief. Dropped only the robe and a Darkwood Staff.

When I killed a seeker - it immediately spawned a blazing elemental that attacked.
Just a quick FYI... I turned in the statue, and he immediately attacked. I let my merc solo (Im lvl 87, just doing the quest for fun) and one thing I noticed is that I received NO faction hit. Previous comments mention becoming KOS to the temple, and although its fixable, you shouldnt need to take any faction hits for this. Just need to wait for the male version of the seeker, dont need to kill the female version to make male version spawn.

Can confirm as of 11/1/2016 - Male seeker spawned at 9AM game-time. It just so happened to be 9AM real time as well.
Two things I noticed. The female version spawned first between 9AM and 9PM instead of the male (8AM real time). I waited and hour for the next 9AM trigger and this time it was the male.
So either two things:
1) The male only spawns every other rotation, or
2) The time must be 9AM both game and real time.
Your thoughts?

I was just there when a cleric did the turn in and killed the plasmatic priest. As she was killing the plasmatic priest. I watched a female seeker repop in the spawn point. It was at 9am. I then had to wait for it to pass cycles and then again on the next 9am I got the male seeker.
So, my deduction from this is that the female will spawn if the male is up and being killed, and then the spawn will cycle through to the correct male/female on the next cycle.
You probably came through after someone had just completed doing the plasmatic priest.

ok I killed the female seeker and now im kos to them in the temple.... is there a better way to raise factions cause ive killed these same shadow men for a few days now and im still kos. plz help lol

If the female version is up, kill her and the male version should pop shortly after (7 min or so?).

Killing the female version of the keeper worked for me too. The male version spawned a few minutes afterwards. He was a green con to a level 71. Unfortunately, the male version is also on Temple of Sol Ro faction... Scowling to me, so I couldn't turn in the totem.

Female version despawed for me at 8pm game time, then re-popped at 9pm game time. Then despawned at 8am game time, then male version popped at 9am game time on Saryn server. Killed easily with 55 Cleric and Warrior Merc. Battled at spawn spot, started to walk away at about 20% health, did not agro anything else, and only made it to stairs before we killed him.

Not a week ago, he spawned in the room next to the /location listed in the cleric epic walk-through. He didn't spawn with the two female seekers, but rather in the next room over. This was on the Drinal server.

Seeker conned grn to my lvl 74 cleric. Spawned at 9:16pm Server time, so was surprised. Does spawn in room with 2 keepers and a female seeker, though the female disappeared prior to the spawn of the male seeker.

Don't listen to many posts you'll see here, do not pull noone nowhere. Just hand Statue, get Plasmatic pop & kill him, have some dps with you too, ******* heals himself when lower 30% and it seems to me those are Complete Heal. Btw he is inside room with 2 keepers, a seeker will be to your left as you enter this tiny room.

I followed this post and fought him where he stood. Had no issues with adds from the priest, even the two keepers in the room didn't aggro. He did complete heal himself around 30% successfully one time. The lower image of the Seeker with the red banner in the background is of the correct Seeker. Can also Hail him and /say what plasmatic priest? He'll respond if he's the correct Seeker.

Pet pull - find a pet class to park his pet next to the seeker. Target the seeker and keep him targeted while you head back to zone line. Have pet attack and pull pet and seeker to you and you shouldn't get any adds. If pet dies, the seeker will come anyway. Friend zones out or FD and seeker will stop. Cleric does hand in and spawns priest. kill him, loot robe, end scene.

Does anyone know if this mob is bugged for the cleric epic? I've been sitting here waiting for over 40 hours (in game time) and it still hasn't popped. Anyone have any ideas?

Firstly, the right seeker spawned at 7 AM game time to me .. not 9 AM, as mentioned in the cleric epic walkthrough. I was doing /time constantly, so I was a bit surprised to see him popping before he was due =)
Secondly, he hits quite a bit harder than the plasmatic priest, so if you -are- pulling him to zone, be sure to snare the bugger - or run fast. He won't outrun you =)

Ok, did the "snare a seeker and pull to zone trick" today. Friend on his SK ran him to zoneline, with about 6 other aggroed mobs, and as soon as a seeker made it to zone, the SK zoned out. After awhile, all the mobs but a seeker wandered off. SK zoned back in, my cleric did turn in and Priest spawned....much easier pulling a seeker to zone than pulling the Priest to zone.

He is the only thing i saw in this zone that conned dark blue to 70... was also dark blue to 56 cleric.
Extremely easy to duo for 70 necro and 56 cleric. Cleric hit it with hammer while necro stood next to it dotting, nuking, and taking all melee damage, while lvl 65 pet sat next to him slicing the crap outta him with scythe. I resisted all of his spells.
I was expecting a challenge.. this guy was overconned lol. No adds. SOE I am ashamed.

If you are standing on the balcony in the large room - looking strait at the 2 seekers which are above the lava river and in front of a door - the door to the room where the right Seeker will spawn will be behind you a little off to the side . I fought this lvl55 mob in his room with my lvl70 War the other mobs didnt even agro and I let my Cleric loot it .

The only doors behind me when I stand there, lead to stairs. Over the last several hours, only a female Seeker spawns at the spot in the map addition link mentioned. No other Seeker in the zone will accept the statue. Getting really frustrated.
EDIT: Finally! The female seeker finally despawned at 6AM game time and the male spawned at 7AM.

Can someone tell me where exactly this seeker is at, like what is he next to and stuff. i haven't got the hang of using the /loc thing yet i've been running around hailing everyone and can't find him

Me and a lvl 62 sk schooled him. I, the 65 cleric, pacified the other 2 in the room just incase they decided to join the fight. I did the turnin and just stun chained him (with 4). I didn't even have to heal the sk and things went smoothly.
