This is a quest item. I don't think you can even equip the item. You can get it from the seeker by makeing him turn into some wildman durring the cleric epic.

Nuh-uh, that's the Blood Soaked Plasmatic Priest Robe. This is what you get if you just attack any old Seeker in the Temple. In order to get the aforestated one you need to hand in your Coral Statue of Tarew to get him to depop and respawn (as a level 55 mob rather than 34), this time he'll drop the bloodsoaked one.

Good luck trying to pull one of the seekers in the temple of ro...you pull a seeker you got the whole temlpe on ya. Horible pathing..i got one on Veeshan sever.
