Wiped on him the two times I've tried. First was a straight up fight, the second time I tried to drop my crew (I three box) through the hole in the pit. He can't be targeted from there it seems. Got him down to about 65% before he took out my 90 Pally and my chanter's merc.
Definitely need to burn this guy down quickly...

AE knocked my tank back into a wall caveat so it put him in crouch, then with the extended stun wiped my group.

Have tried all illusions....iksar Bone mask...still got hit...seems to be luck of the draw...tried 29th march 2011.
Doing this guy now. I know I was outside the 100' mark because my Necro epic pet would not work and it is 100' but I still got hit by the AE. There was another group member behind me and she got hit as well.
