has some kinda of poison DoT, didnt get time to look at it but i was 3 boxing and by the end of the fight my enc with 30% spell shield and 25% Dot Shield was about 35% health (out of 14k hitpoints) and i killed him pretty fast, so i would say it did a total of almost 10k dmg over the course of the fight. i dont think he casted it til he was below half hp. i should have gotten the name of spell and more info but oh well.

Can he spawn from any of the Witheran mobs?
Or is he at a certain spot. I've killed
tons of The Witheran and never seen any
other mob spawn from them.

How much does this guy hit for, how many hps does he have, any other info would be much appreciated.
i would consider him not much different from trash mobs

I have seen " a cursed Bloodwing minion" lvl 70 and also " GloomFang" at least lvl 73, was red at 70.
