Is there a good place to solo these I am a 70 Druid that needs all his 69 and 70 spells and need a little help in this.

You turn in Shadowspine runes to Brother Hidden Path he is in Undershore at location -910,738 If you have a map it is just north of the zone to Ruins of Illsalin. Look for a semi-circle structure on map he is on NE side.
I was doing the Scavenger Hunt quest and our group killed Bishop Yurim in the Ruins of Illsalin.
- He dropped a Greater Shadowspine Rune the first time we killed him.
(got my second level 69 spell now .. Woot)

I had a friend tell me that these runes also worked for the OoW spells?? can anyone confirm that?
They ONLY work for OOW spells. They are an alternate way of obtaining the OOW spells, and from what I have heard, more common than the OOW runes.

Greater Shadowspine Rune also drops of of "a drained shiliskin slicer"( Level 70 ) in Stoneroot Falls he also droped Lesser, Regular and Minor Shadowspine Rune. Also sometimes in his place spawns a named as if he wasnt enough LOL..but the named drops a rune and an item name is " The Drained shiliskin Captain"( Was yellow to a 70 ) also any mob in the hut area has a chance to drop Stoneroot Starfish which is a range item that summons some throwing items. Pretty good camp for finishing off any runes from OoW...cept you he didnt drop Glowings..which i doubt he will..unless its ultra rare or sony decided to still keep glowing in OoW zones.

Grokui isn't in Illsalin =P. The turn in guy is one of the "Brothers" in Undershore, near one of the huts. Forgive me I'm writing this while actually being logged of =P. So far, it seems as though the Shadowspines are alternate ways of getting OoW spells. If you have run out of spells at that level you don't get any new spells. I've yet to see anyone with new spells on Bertox, but I may just not be talking to the right people either.
