This item has an archaic counterpart, does this mean that the regular version, THIS version, no longer drops? And if that is true then does the archaic version still add the 3rd potion slot? I'd like to know if there is a list of the items that add more potion slots anywhere, or if there is anyone cool enough that knows of some (or all hehe)

Got this as a random rare drop off the blue con (to 70) non-summoning Drachnid's in Stoneroot Falls.
Stats same as listed by Philphan (the old pic should be removed as stats upgraded and now NO DROP).
