Okay, heah 'tis. I spent an hour or so killing PH's at the above listed spawn site but they were only passing by from a distance. Respawns are 14 minutes. For the entire time nothing (repeat, nothing) spawned at the above listed spawn site of -415,+322 location. (It's not a bad spot for seeing a couple of PH's pass by at a distance, though). After 4 or 5 kills, I happened to be looking directly at a spot not too far away and saw a PH spawn. I ran over and killed him and 14 minutes later Krongar spawned on the exact same spot. (-113,+485) There's your spawn site. Dunno if there are others or not, but I know that one works.
a Rallosian defector, orc, is his PH. There seems to be one each roaming the North and South sides of the Oashim pit.
We had to kill 10 to get him to spawn.

LOL i like how in the corner it just says bonerz
wiped on first try with 2 healer mercs. second try went a little smoother but even with slows he can put on a beating. Other than that, very very very straight forward fight. No surprises.

Very straight fight. If you want it to become a normal fight, just slow him (75% slow x his100% haste), and he will hit for only slightly more than a normal mob.
But, like everything these days, he mitigates slow, so it's not 75% slow vs. his +100% haste buff.
Slow debuff completely negates haste buff.

A straight forward fight, no surprises, melee only.
Hit a lv 93, 7kAC monk for a max of 14k, with an 7k average.
This guy took one billion years to spawn :)

He has a wide roaming area in the SW end of Valley. Location from -200.24, 463.67, -46.81 to about -879.26, 828.32, -43.53.
PHs are a Rallosian Defector. Seems to be 3 of them roaming around the area.
