it's just outside of the arena area in the Field of Bone heading away from Cabilis. It's in a set of like 5 buildings, with the entrance being on the back side of the one in the middle

The Hungered Ravener spawned for us twice in the burned out house near the church. First time we got a piece of Truesilver armor from him and the second time we got an Icy Blade.

If you don't know this guy is a rare spawn, He drops a ranger only dagger 6 21 effect shock of ice 38dd. its nice.

This mob is not rare it spawns 30-40% in the burnt house, no more rare than the other names actually its more common, and the icy blade drops every time

The icy blade does not drop every time. we killed it and only got truesilver bracer
