I had it spawn at P -252.9083, -13.0033, 68.8644, 127, 64, 0, 2, Holy_Ophidian and the next spawn it was as one of the roaming revered ophidians. Either way I finally added it's spot to my map file.
Ive been blowing through rares but this one was tough with alot of hps. I actually killed it before but my merc died and it died from my ds i was semi afk and i didnt get credit for kill or loot so had to wait a few more hrs to get another chance lol.
Dropped Embellished Stole of Kolos. Whoever this Kolos guy is, he can't seem to keep his clothes on. The snake spawns down at the very bottem. Just follow the spiral until you hit the water. Then go underwater and go a bit furthur. You will find a round room on the bottom, with a big ring circling near the ceiling, that has the same texture/color pattern as the revered snakes.. It looks like a snake with no head or tail. Anyway, the Holy Ophidian, that I killed, was just outside this room in a static spawn for a revered ophidian. BTW, the Sacred Ophidian spawns from static spawns of the revered INSIDE this round room. Just hover at the edge and kill the snakes over and over.

Spawned for me in water at 108,26,43. I cleared every revered snake, took two rounds to spawn both named snakes.
His max hit on my 110 merc was 6572. Don't know where these 15k hits come from on the 95 pally. Level matters sure, but I doubt 15 levels mitigates 2/3 of a max hit. But with mercs... who knows!? Maybe the mob has been nerfed sometime in the intervening years.

I encountered this snake at the edge of the pool at the base of the ramp, name flickering at me through the water surface. Lucky in this instance that it spawned straight after server reset.
Mob was in shallow water and wouldn't budge much when I tried to manouver it. Not used to this kind of fight on the surface of water, merc was confused or lazy so had to gate and try again. Went better second time.
Didn't notice any special abilities, just loads of HPs.

The Holy Ophidian popped off a static revered ophidian in the west shell tunnel (1st one with water filling it). /loc 14.84, 254.82, 71.42

Dropped a Scuffed Traveler's Rucksack for me today.
Spawned back to back, second time around also gave me a Triumvirate Blood Stone.

Spawns just in water and roams. I believe it dropped necklace and know it dropped greater cantrip.
Named snake, dropped Hooked Sword of the Holy.
