Lol, I found him in about 2 minutes, but I am ranger so I just tracked him he is in one of th rooms near the zone to DSP

Just on a side note, Faber is a major character in the novel Fahrenhight 451. Connection?? probably not...
On the EQAtlas map he is in Building 4. Took forever for me to locate him...
