Killed Blightfang five times this morning. He spawns every 30 minutes. Easy kill for a 95 monk-32k HP, no buffs and no merc.
I am trying to get the choker (for my enchanter and necro), no luck yet! Dropped the weap every time.
Info is correct about his whereabouts; I followed him around for awhile, his path is near the crypt and moves southwest by the pond. lots of named mobs up after I killed him the first time. Have only seen one of them respawn since killing him a few more times. They all dropped some decent stuff, but only a couple of things I can use! Had to let some of it rot :(

Spoke too soon! Killed him those 5 times in a row, then never got him to spawn again the rest of the day? He spawned like clockwork the first 5 times. Any info on this?

Days later, been camping this entire zone all week so far. Haven't seen good ol' Blightfang at all since the first post. Curse that snake!
I have killed The Blight Wisp, The Claybeast, Master Putremancer Fellid, Malign and a gravid beetle many many many times. They seem to be common spawns.
I have only seen Megrima the Plaguecaller twice. The Crimson Bat spawned thrice. Twisted Limb has only spawned once. I'd like to get another Twisted Limb spawn and Megrima spawn as well. They both dropped items I can use on my necro and chanter.

Don't do it if you have any inkling not to .....
Running through OGV today, found this guy wandering around near the lake... I think he may fear.. my merc kept running away from him, though it may just have been another case of merc idiocy.
Backstabbed me for just under 8k

If he summons, mine is bugged, because he didn't summon me as I ran, and he was at 94%
That disappears with a hiss apparently doesnt mean sqaut, because I saw it, so I stopped running and a second later he backstabbed me again for another 8k.
Doesn't see invis

Unfortunately i didnt live long enough to see the blightfang disappears in a hiss, but i just wanted to add- Hit ranged from 413-2485. Hit me several times for 2237. wish i could provide more...but i didnt live long =)

Backstabbed me for 8.5k. /ouch
This mob appears to move on a set path between the crypt in the east central part of the map and the ruins to the south. Additionally - it appears to be a temporary/timed spawn. It depopped (while aggroed) with the emote "Blightfang disappears with a hiss."

Must also shadowstep himself or something because I got a message "Blightfang disappears with a hiss" a few times during the fight and he seemed to jump around.
