264, +300, in what I believe is called tier 2. Ph is a hatebone drake. My in game map for the zone showed this as an ashenbone broodmaster. I don't know if the map came with that error, or I made that error in the dim and distant past. An ashenbone broodmaster spawns to the north in tier 1. Dropped the Mantle of Study. As most of the nameds drop more than one item unique to that named, the other drop from this mob has yet to be discovered.
