In PoTranquility, in the same building as the PoK Book, is an NPC; Amalissa Dawntender. You have to hail her and do her dialogue to get an LDoN style instance. (LDoN style meaning the entrance to the zone shows up on your compass). Posting this because someone somewhere thought that making 3+ versions of one zone in this game was a bright idea.

Is this Plane of Hate B? I can't seem to find that at all, and this particular TBM version of the zone is not the same as this version, so far as I know.
