Red at 80, scowled ready to attack, walked behind using hide/sneak was able to bank without being attacked.
Did not assist when I killed the rest in the room.
If you have sneak you can bank with him.

As said below, he doesn't attack. Sneaking not needed to bank.

This fellow cons red to me at level 70 now, so he's clearly at least level 73.
He's a banker. If you have good faction in this zone he's a handy and useful place to bank if you're in the area.
By the way, if you have good faction and you attack either Sarnak Collective Auditor or his placeholder Vault Master Shu`zo doesn't agro on you. The other mobs in the area will, however. (It's possible he doesn't agro even if you have bad faction. I haven't tested that yet.)

You can actually use him as a banker, even if he cons scowling. Just it tonight. We were actually going to try to kill it since we stumbled upon him our way out, but he is not engagable. Probably good for the three of us hehe.
