Conned light blue. Easy fight. I think. I was blind and spinning the whole time. Fast cast DoTs and DS did the rest. Killed the whole room, maybe a dozen snarks, in about a minute.

Tried to solo as an 80 bard about 575 AAs w/ tank merc.. i out lasted merc in tanking. I think it's due to the decent amount of defensive AAs I have. The spells really killed the fight though. Luckily he doesnt see invis and I faded. Casts or procs Crushing Fist of the Wind .... not sure if it randomly spins you around or if its when you attack or what.. but really really annoying and lasts 3 minutes. I'm guessing it's magic based? Basing the guess off of wizard and druid spells that do similar effects. The message says "You are trapped within a whirling wind. You have taken 425 points of damage." The damage was always 425, so it's not like it does more or less damage unless you need really high resists. He also has a blind spell, don't remember what it's called though. All I know about it is it says "You freeze in terror", then when it wears off it says "You are no longer afraid." Makes you think it's a fear, bu the screen went black, I didn't go "LD" like the fears I know of cause. Hope this information helps.
Read around a little bit, I believe it's the same spell Blinding Fear.

Doesn't hit all that hard for a red to 70 con. Did him today on Zek with 3 groups and he drop'd really REALLY fast. I personally was shocked how easy he is.
Clear the room first with a FD puller (I dark parked; FD pulled the room... easy splits). You can probly fight him in there since he drops so fast repops shouldn't be too much of an issue. We pulled him out and fought him in a corner room.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is "dark park"?

An SK or Necro snaring one out of a group of mobs then when they all run at him they FD, and snared mobs dont path back until snare wears off.
a box ranger is funny as hell when they do this too... snare and die lol... snare last longer and good enough for rerezz

hits for 1.9k max quads 1-1.9k on average.
He's not lvl 71. He cons red to me (on track) at level 70. So should be at least 73.
