At 65, my necro used to play with these guys but I could not kill them. They resisted madly and had insane regen. At 70, I don't get too many resists and they die easily. It turns out they don't have that many hit points. A 7,000 point lifeburn won't kill them but it will drop them below half. And I can just tap out the rest of the points. Don't need lifeburn to kill them, because my dots stick, but it makes it go quicker.

This guy is crazy BS HP regen...58 bst pet could even get him down more than a % or so before the regen covered it, i healed her (my pet} 5 times and she was fully buffed, and got no showing dmg at all. Y would they put a level 40 with godly regen in NRO??? Just pointless unless theres a story behind it or some nice loot. Ended up zoning at LDON porter and trained 4 others so felt bad.
The rest of the group and I was minding our own business when all of a sudden a level 65 shadownight dark elf was trying to solo this guy, he wasn't getting anywher obviously because it looked like this gaurds regen was around 1000hp per tick. no joke. I started to help him but the best we could do is get him down to 60% before we missed a couple times and he'd be almost to 100% again. Needless to say the shadownight ended up zoning, but i had to stay because our LDON group was still trying to pick up people. The guard aggroed me so I ran around in circles until a level 65 rogue came along and told me to hold still... the roque assisnatad him without a prob.. 32000 hp's. wow.. just wow.. 32,000 hps and i'd say about 1000 hp's regen per tick.. wow.. just wow. I did get a rusty sword out of it though. just my 2 cp

MY GOD!!! he's worse than cazel on his HP regen, i'm a 52 mage and had my earth pet on him and was nuking w/lava bolt (810 DD) He ripped through my pet and came at me w/no HP gone. He regened 4 of my 810 nukes back to full health. What's the despawn time on this guy!!!

guard stoutman has like 1000hp regen, my guild and i tried to killl him.fellow memeber nuked for 500 and his life whent down a shirver then right back up good luck with this guy. this is on of those mobs that are never killed.unless his regen is a bug

52 lvl SK, took out Guard Fintran pretty easily. Thought I beat the crap out of Stoutman too. I dont know what was wrong, but he did not loose hps. Either he has had infinite HPS or was crazily buffed. Somthing war surely wrong with that guy... Maybe it was just that night.
