Tried this on hard, sham ench combo couldnt land slow... even WITH a few dispels from each. Tash malos.. nothing landed.. maybe just really hard and luck factors in, all 70 and lower slow spells... nada!

Cast a few dispells on this guy. If you set up at the top of the stairs, he'll take his time pathing around to get to you, so time for a couple at least. This is will drop his haste, mitagation and resist buffs. I could never land slow until we learned to dispell first.
These numbers from 2.5k max defense pally. ENC slows did not seem to land, even tried SHM slows. All resists, no immune message.
