You can pull Feratha out + 1 add, if you agro one of the ferans in a room close by, and run past Feratha's room with it, Feratha and one add will agro. Easy kill, but long fight due to his aura. With 616 in all resists, i still got hit with it 80% of the time. Its a minor annoyance though
One monk mezzed feratha and pulled adds far into ice side, Other monk grabbed Feratha and pull him to us, Monk with adds FD'd after feratha was with us, waited for aggro to clear, and came back to help
Beastlord died while tanking, monk took over tanking
I was just curious if pets were included on his aggro list, further increasing his dps...should pets be forgotten for this fight?
Also, with his damage depending on how many people are on his hate list, does that mean you could have your necro's let rip with their dot's and then fd to remove themselves from his aggro list, thus not increasing his damage?
If anyone can clear me up on this as i am hoping to get the sword at some point in th near future, any input is appreciated...

His DPS is not based on the number of people on his hatelist, the more people getting hit by his aoe will cause more people needing heals although when u go down the stairs and on the 1st right, tank him on those stairs while the clerics are on the 1st path going down, keep the gelidran at the bottom down there either mezzed or at low hp chain snared. (note: watch the gelidran's health and keep it under 20%.. 10%ish is best.. make sure pets are gonna kill the gelidran also.
We just one grouped him with a out of group cleric. Had a war, ranja, monk, 2 shammies, and 2 clerics all 70. 2 were bots. Had to keep mob on stairs snared and below 10% to keep from popping on casters during fight. Besides that was a pretty straight forwards fight that lasted 25 minutes or there about.
Just took him out on Bristlebane with a 54 person raid. Very few deaths. Long fight, but clean execution. So I'd have to say the "Larger force, less chance at success" is either way wrong, or Legion of Valor once again proves itself to be an incredible guild full of incredible people.
Funny how many ppl post on here compairing a raid to a couple groups when it says up there somewhere that the mobs toughness was determined by his agro list.... if its his agro list of course a full raid is going to be harder to do cuz lets see.... 18 ppl.... 72 ppl..... you do the math
ok ya there is a person on saryrn, i have seen it my self it is dun with 6 people took him about 35mn to drop him and he is in HnE. just to let you all know. he tanks it in the cristels and has bow men out side of the aeo (rangers) and a (shamy going in every now and then slowing. there you go
Well my guild kills him with about 30ish people and although he isnt that hard there is no way i believe he can be 6 boxed. 18 mabe if they are all qvic+ geared, but 6 no i dont care how good they are.
