This is the last mob I need for the Hunter Achievement for this zone. Indeed, for the entire expansion. I held off doing Argath because of the intimidating quantity of nameds and because of how difficult the zone is to navigate. Or so I thought. But it's really not that hard, consisting of three vertical levels connected by hard to find ramps.
Since druids are fortunate to possess three binds and the zone is (thankfully!) bindable, I set three bind points so I could port in/out from PoK, clear placeholders and leave until respawns. I started clearing THIS named from the beginning and after killing the other TWENTY-THREE hunter mobs, this Emissary is the last one, which means I've probably killed 200 Erillion type mobs that are potentially placeholders without seeing this pop. Very aggravating. What's worse is the zone's design allows trash mobs to respawn that are not placeholders: abandoned dogs, thieves, looters, traitors and wind spirits ("exhalations") and I came to realize if you don't clear those as well you end up with masses of them crowding out the Erillion mobs who have the potential to spawn the named. Fortunately, they're all quick kills at 115. This must have been a challenging camp at appropriate expansion level since the mobs assist each other and have fairly long aggro range. A number are casters, too.
I will keep at it at this point, obviously. But I'll be very very glad to see this zone in my "rear view mirror" asap...
