I can confirm, as of this date (5/24/08) that Arinna Trueblade really does still exist in West Freeport. She is situated not far from the bank at 572.52, -606.25, -86.77 She can also be found on the Find list from the hotkey action bar.

Can also confirm. She's outside the gated area for the Hall of Truth in West Freeport; North of the gate in the east-west wall. You can use the find function to locate Alec Greenglade; Arinna is North of his location.

This NPC is no longer in game as of revamp of freeport, i wasted 3hours doing all these quests and this npc was no where to be found, afterwords i logged in my 70 ranger to check her with track and still no where to be found, remove her before others waste time as i have please.

She still exists in West Freeport, not far from the gate.

She is located in the Arena on the second level at the back. There is another NPc there, I assume of a similar level.

They do NOT have do be done in order.
