According to Alla, this is saying the minimum level to request is 65? I di request the mission at level 80, but haven't had time to finish the mission to see if Marks of Valor are rewarded at sub-85 levels. I will try to post after I've had a chance to finish the mission and update whether the min level is 85+ to earn Marks.
If anyone sub-85 has completed this particular mission and earned Marks...please post here. I've read other posts for diff HA's saying some chars didn't receive Marks, because their level wasn't high enough to earn them...we'll see in a day or so...
I just find it hard to believe that all other HA's are 85-100...and this is the only one that's 65-100....?

We haven't seen any confirmation about currency as a reward all the way down to Level 65. Nor has there been any information about the named's (Guardian Roger Macholeth) presence or loot at very low levels. You should be able to request the task down to 65, though. As for everything else, there's one way to find out!
