As an "evil" human cleric, worishper of Bertoxxulous, where can I find this spell?
NOTE: I am KoS to neriak guards and haven't been able to get in to check my con in the cleric guild. (For clarity's sake...I have not done anything to lower my neriak faction)
This question also applies to complete heal and resurrection spells.
Are we just screwed and doomed to pay lowbies extra to retrieve our spells for us?

You can prolly use an illusion potion.
Hmmm. That's a toughy. This may sound crazy but I think maybe making an alt whose race is in good faction with the Neriak guards to run in and buy the spell, put it in your shared bank, and then log your cleric on and retrieve it from your bank. Hope that helps. :-p
Doesn't sound crazy at all. It's a nice easy and safe way to get the spell.
