Protector of Sky had this buff tonight, not sure if this is a level related buff (spawned him at lvl 87, Test server) or what but seems kind of silly to have put it on old mobs imo...

I just came back to EQ after a long break so not sure if it was in patch notes or something...

Edit-
Well, so far I have determined the following mobs in PoSky also have the buff:

Overseer of Air
Noble Dojorn
Gorgalosk

It is most likely safe to assume all 'bosses' in PoSky have this now... I was in hate the other night and no mini-boss mobs had it, however.
