FYI, if you chain-cast this spell on several targets (e.g. three tanks & your pet) you will only lose 10 points of strength.
Unfortunitly, the recourse effect (-10 strength) will be refreshed everytime you re-cast it.

i often use this spell to buff up my pet ..we dont get multiple buffs at low lvls (like druids ,shammys etc)
cast siphon str on mob gain xtra str cast impart str on pet ..lose str but youve already gained so you lose minimal to none..
mob has less str so their atk and dmg is down pet str is up so conversley atk and dmg is up ..all good then :)

this isn't bad at lvl you can get it. too bad it doesn't get upgraded, so it becomes pretty useless once you catch lvls, and almost everything with STR on it will block it.
Cast it on tanks in your early groupa to give them the STR, as a nec you don't need str if you arent meleeing(some caster players prefer to just melee early), inless you are carrying alot, and -10 will encumber you.

Gives 10 strength to target but also takes 10 strength from you.
