Spell description states that the stun affects creatures up to level 75. Very pleased to see the stun work on such high level mobs. However, with my divination skill at 235, I fizzle this thing till I'm dry on mana. Best sit in GH pool and spam See Invis on yourself for skill ups, useless to cast this spell until you have a skill suffice to cast it.

AA Perfected invisibility skills you up in divination also and no fizzle while you do it.
