This one only took about four hours. All the rares seem to spawn pretty frequently. I had tracked down and killed all but Najena herself within about an hour and a half. They all have static spawn points and don't walk around at all. 8 minutes seemed to be the spawn timer for just about everything in this zone. Other than Najena, I saw all the rares more than once, most of them at least half a dozen times.
