Tower of Rot #3: Fenn's Job

It begins with Dedire Harath (click for map image) on the zone-in level of the Tower of Rot. Pre-Requisites: - Completed "The Scions of the Tower" - Completed "The Tower's Victims" Summary & Requesting the Task Say "take her out" to get the task. - Hail Brendaleen. - Kill 8x "a tower scion" (bottom two floors). - Pick up 3x "Storage Barrel" and 3x "Equipment Bag" (very noticeable ground spawns) from the floor above the zone-in, and hand in to Quincy. - Hail Fenn Tarrens to make her aggro (one floor above zone-in). - Either fade aggro, or DPS Fenn Tarrens to 25% to update. - Hail Deidre to complete. You say, 'Hail, Deidre Harath' Deidre Harath says 'You've slowed down the lost dead, and that will buy us time to deal with the very present threat of the living. Kyle Bayle will have to wait. Now we need to strike against the Scions of the Tower directly. I know one of Narius' minions is on the move: Fenn, a brute of a woman and a former brigand I am all too familiar with. Brendaleen spotted her gathering supplies. We need to [take her out].' You say, 'How should we take her out?' Deidre Harath says 'Fenn is not to be trifled with. Even if you have the upper hand, she won't be taken out easily. Brendaleen can give you information on the tower layout.' You have been assigned the task 'Fenn's Job'. Find Fenn Tarrens and the Scions of the Tower and put a stop to their acquisition of resources. 
Speak to Brendaleen about the Tower 0/1 (Tower of Rot) You say, 'Hail, Brendaleen Thundershield' Brendaleen Thundershield says 'Looking for Fenn, right? She almost caught me. She's a floor above, and a bunch of her thugs are gathering what resources they can take from the crazies up there. Good luck. It's pretty rough up there right now.' Take out scavenging Scions 0/8 (Tower of Rot) Collect equipment and deliver it to Quincy 0/3 (Tower of Rot) Collect supplies and deliver them to Quincy 0/3 (Tower of Rot) Kill mobs called "a tower scion" - these are found throughout the bottom two floors (the second and third floors down from the zone-in level). Equipment can be found in as ground spawns (appear as large sacks and large barrels one floor above the the zone-in level). Upon turning them in to Quincy, you see: Quincy Hollows says 'These are a huge help. I'll put these to good use.' Find Fenn Tarrens 0/1 (Tower of Rot) Note: Be ready for a fight before speaking with her. You say, 'Hail, Fenn Tarrens' Fenn Tarrens says 'Oh, look who we got there. You're working with the bloody guards, aren't ya? Adana should have taken you out when she had the chance. Looks like I get the pleasure of ripping you apart instead!' Fenn Tarrens's smile is wide and cruel. 'I will get to kill you for Narius. You will regret getting in his way!' She hits for a max ~18,000 and has a lot of hitpoints. From here, you can either fade her aggro, or DPS her to 25% at which point she flees: Fenn Tarrens holds her wounded arm, and with a growl, tosses a small black sphere that explodes in a cloud of smoke. 'This isn't over,' she mutters, vanishing from sight. Escape or defeat Fenn Tarrens and return to Deidre Harath 0/1 (Tower of Rot) You say, 'Hail, Deidre Harath' Deidre Harath says 'Fenn's still alive? That's unfortunate, but nothing we can do about it. I've been going over all the documents, letters, and notes you've brought. We're starting to get an idea of what exactly Narius has planned, but some important puzzle pieces are missing. Talk with me again when you recover from that previous ordeal.' Fenn escaped, but you've put a stop to her attempt to gather supplies. If you try to kill Fenn you don't have to take care that she runs away. She simply disappears. Then get your update at Deidre.
