This is a sub-task assigned as part of the task "A Ticket to the Show" (which is a sub-task, itself, in "The Long Lost Puppet").
In order to get this task, you must have first completed the first partisan task for The Breeding Grounds, "A Chilling Rescue". You say, 'Hail, Haela Higglebun' Haela Higglebun drops her mixing bowl in shock, 'It's you!' she squeals, 'You saved my boy!' The overjoyed mother grabs ahold of you and begins to plant wet kisses all over your face. Between sobs of relief, Haela attempts to speak her thanks, 'I am forever in debt to you! If I had riches, they'd be yours, but there is nothing I have to give that could truly express my gratitude. How about a [pie]? I haven't baked one in ages, but they're famous all over Norrath!' You say, 'I would love a pie!' Haela Higglebun nods as she wipes the tears from her eyes, 'Let me see if I still have everything I need...' The halfling rummages around, poking her head in and out of cabinets before returning to an upright position, disappointment looming on her face. 'Hrm, it appears I'm missing a couple of essential [ingredients]. I'd be honored to bake for you if you brought me the things I need, but don't feel obligated. You've done enough for me already.' You say, 'What ingredients do you need?' Haela Higglebun smiles warmly as she jots down a list of ingredients, 'It'll be the best pie you've ever tasted, I promise!' You have been assigned the task 'Haela's Homemade Pie'. Deliver Fear Fruit Seeds to Haela Higglebun 0/4 (Misty Thicket) These drop from wretched alarans in the tree of Evantil. Haela Higglebun takes the seeds from you and begins to pry them open one at a time, revealing a gooey purple liquid that she then drips into her mixing bowl. Deliver a Dirty Onion to Haela Higglebun 0/1 (Misty Thicket) This is foraged in the Breeding Grounds. Haela Higglebun takes the onion and quickly dices it up before tossing it into her mixing bowl. Deliver some Fire Roasted Garlic to Haela Higglebun 0/2 (Misty Thicket) This is also foraged in the Breeding Grounds. Haela Higglebun takes the fiery spices from you and begins to press each clove firmly, letting the tiny bits of garlic drop into her mixing bowl. Speak to Haela Higglebun 0/1 (Misty Thicket) You say, 'Hail, Haela Higglebun' Haela Higglebun moves quickly, adding various quantities of unknown spices and liquids into the mixture of ingredients you gave her. Setting that aside, the halfling baker procures a large ball of dough from a nearby table with a smile. As she shapes it into a neat crust she mentions, 'I made this while you were out collecting ingredients.' She then pours the liquid mixture into the pie crust before handing you the finished product. 'My pies can be eaten without baking, but are best served after being warmed in an oven for 30 minutes.' Haela made you her famous homemade pie with the ingredients you collected.
