All dragons give the same quests. Every five levels you may obtain the task to receive the next level of innate breath, up to level 75. The beast disrupting our city is known as The Hollows Widow. Find it and obtain proof that you have restored peace here.' You have been assigned the task 'Strengthening the Blood' Collect 1 Hollows Widow Poison Sac 0/1 (Crescent Reach) Find and kill The Hollows Widow. Deliver 1 Hollows Widow Poison Sac to Osh`vir the Windspirit 0/1 (Crescent Reach) Upon turn-in: Your Task 'Strengthening the blood' has been updated. The magic in your blood has strengthened, and you have gained a new ability. You can find this new ability in the Special section of the Alternate Advancement Window You have gained the ability "Breath of Osh'vir" at a cost of 0 ability points Osh`vir the Windspirit says 'You have done well and I am pleased with pride. I grant you greater power.' You receive the ability to cast Breath of Osh'vir (level 1). Need all other tasks in this quest line, all dialogues and emotes, /loc of quest mobs, task stages and descriptions, faction hits if any, list of rewards.
