Kallik the Cook says 'What is it now?!' He brandishes a cleaver, as he turns towards you, but suddenly halts in surprise, 'Oh! I'm sorry, I thought you were my assistant with more [bad news].'

You say, 'Bad news?'

Kallik the Cook says 'We've been having some real trouble with our food provisions. Those [eerie cats] have been raiding my meat supplies every night. And if that wasn't bad enough, the whole camp is swarming with [vermin] - some of which look as though they may be diseased! I ask you, how's a Halfling to cook in these conditions?!'

You say, 'What vermin?'

Kallik the Cook says 'Don't tell the troops', he glances around conspiratorially, 'but I've been feeding them oashim-meat for a while now. After the cats ate all our meat, I had to resort to those oashim, but I only catch the fresh, healthy-looking ones. Could you get rid of the others for me?'
