You receive a Bardic Letter (Freeport). Find Felisity Starbright in East Freeport at -1082, -940, 14, on the bottom floor of the bard guild behind the performance stage in the southeast of the zone. You say, 'Hail, Felisity Starbright' Felisity Starbright says 'Hail, ______ - If you are interested in helping the League of Antonican Bards by delivering some mail, you should talk to Ton Twostring.' Give her the letter. Felisity Starbright says 'Mail from the front - thank you very much! Please take this gold for your troubles. If you are interested in more work, just ask Ton Twostring.' Your faction standing with League of Antonican Bards could not possibly get any better. Your faction standing with Knights of Truth could not possibly get any better. Your faction standing with Guards of Qeynos could not possibly get any better. Your faction standing with Ring of Scale could not possibly get any worse. Your faction standing with Mayong Mistmoore got worse. You gain party experience!! You gain party experience!! You receive 6 gold from Felisity Starbright. How do i actually give the letter to Ton Two-string. I've tried just handing it to him and nothing happens.
If you start a character in the Freeport area and are hurting for coin, this quest is not a bad one. Not only do you earn a few gold pieces, but you'll increase faction with the bards all over Norrath on this faction, which means you can sell to any bard guild merchants for better prices.
Easy Instructions
Go outside Freeport through the West Gate and stay close to the city wall on the right(north) Keep the city wall on your right and cross the zone into East Commons Run through the brief sandy section, keeping the city wall closeby on your right Run through the grassy section, keeping the green mountain-wall on your right Soon you'll see an opening in the mountains which leads to Nektulos Forest, go in that opening Inside Nektulos, turn left and keep the green mountain-wall on your left (south) until you find Travis Two Tone Target him, hail him, and follow the text prompts in brackets Head back to Freeport the same way, staying close to the zone walls for safety Go to the bard guild in North Freeport and hand over the note to receive your reward

The quickest postal route is probably from Felwithe to Kelethin. Kelethin is in the gfay zone and not a zone of its own so all you have to do is go into Felwithe, grab the mail, get out, run for about 30 seconds and give it to Jakum Webdancer at the bards guild. A newbie elf can easily make a couple plat in a half hour doing this.

When you zone in, turn left and follow the wall. He's hard to miss unless someone has killed him... muhahahah!

This is a great newbie quest. Easy money and you learn your way around. Good way to fund spell or newbie equipment purchases if you can find one of the shorter routes like Surefal-Qeynos.
